Chef Deborah Fraser grew up in an Italian family filled with wonderful cooks. Sunday's included visits to her Neapolitan grandmother, whose meat sauce was legendary! Weekends with the Sicilian brunch of the family cultivated a life-long love of everything Italian. High school and college French classes evolved into the study of French regional cuisine. And growing up in Southern California bred a deep appreciation of great Mexican cooking. A passion for good food, simply done and cooked with care and devotion became a touchstone for quality.
